Service Description

Business and entrepreneur support groups focus on motivation, organization, goal setting, stress reduction, work-life balance, mindfulness practices, and maintaining wellness while building professional goals or businesses. Groups provide supportive, non-clinical conversation and encouragement in a welcoming environment. Group sessions are designed for five or more participants at $60 per person.
